Planners
Recurring dates that a holiday countdown cannot answer: when you get paid, when a bill lands, when a renewal expires. Set the rule once and the dates keep coming.
Anniversary and Birthday Planner
The next ten years of an annual date, with the weekday each one falls on β useful when the plan depends on whether it is a weekend.
Bill and Subscription Due Dates
Track when a rent payment, insurance premium or subscription renews, with the next twelve dates laid out and an email before each one.
Month-End Close Countdown
Counts down to the last working day of the month, every month, for teams whose deadlines land there rather than on the 30th or 31st.
Payday Countdown
Set your pay cycle once β weekly, fortnightly, twice a month or last working day β and see exactly how long until the next payday, plus the whole year ahead.
Renewal and Expiry Tracker
Passports, insurance, warranties, road tax, domain names β set the expiry date and get told well before it lapses, not after.
Shift and Rota Planner
A rolling rota β every week or every two weeks from a date you set β with the next fourteen dates and the day of the week for each.
Free to use, Pro to keep
Every tool on this page works straight away, with no account and no limit on how often you use it. Put your numbers in and you get the answer, the same as on the rest of the site.
What Pro adds is memory and reach. It saves a setup to your account so it is there on your phone as well as the machine you built it on. It turns a result into a page you can send to somebody. It emails you when a date you set is coming, instead of leaving that to your own memory. And it takes the ads off β here and on every other site we run, on one subscription.
These tools exist because the ordinary calculators on this site answer a single question, and some questions are not single. A number you need again next month is not a calculation, it is a record.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need Pro to use these?
No. Every tool on this page runs in full, free, with no account β exactly like the rest of the site. Pro takes the ads off every site we run and raises what you can keep: 200 saved setups and 50 email alerts instead of 3 of each.
What makes these different from the other calculators here?
A holiday countdown answers a date everybody shares. A payday, a rent day, a renewal or a rota is yours alone, it repeats, and the rule behind it is rarely ’the same date every month'.
Where does what I type go?
It is worked out in your browser and stays there. Nothing reaches us unless you press Save or ask for an email, and then it is only what you handed over β the address you typed and the setup you saved. You can download or delete all of it from your account page at any time.
